Once your order has been received, we will confirm product availability. Orders will be filled in 3 business days and will arrive at your door in 1 week.

Your UPS tracking number and delivery date will be sent to your email address upon shipment of your order.
Please understand some products may be out of stock in our warehouse which may take longer to fulfill. Your order may be cancelled due to availability from the manufacturer.
Shipping and Handling fees are determined based on the merchandise total (before taxes).
All orders within the U.S. are shipped via UPS Ground service unless requested otherwise.

Dress-Queen.com also gives opportunities for store owners to purchase
our dresses for a lower price than any other stores. For instance,
our competitors require a minimum purchase for each style. However,
this can be too demanding as customers have varying needs. We offer
the opportunity to purchase as few as six dresses in six different styles
to maximize choice. Store owners can capitalize on fast moving trends without
overstocking. Dress- Queen can provide any dress from any manufacturer.
Feel free to browse our selection and choose from our website.
Minimum Order
10 pieces, in any styles, minimum for each order.
If this requirement is not met, the order will be processed as a retail order.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Advance payment is required.
Wholesale discount details
Under $1000 - 25% discount off total price (excluding shipping fee)
Over $1000 - 30% discount off total price (excluding shipping fee)
No return / No cancel / No order change policy
For wholesale buyers, a no return and no cancel policy is applied.
We will not accept nor offer refunds for any returns.
Also, 40% of total cost will be withheld upon cancellation.
Additions may be made to an existing order; however,
styles, sizes, colors may not be changed in said order (orders that has been processed).
If merchandise is defective and/or different styles, sizes, or colors from original order,
we will exchange it for free. No extra shipping fee is necessary.
For exchanges, we will exchange within the same style for different sizes and/or colors
if available. In this case, purchaser is responsible for shipping back to us.
Either cases, purchaser must contact Dress-Queen customer support
within 5 business days after receiving the merchandise.
This will apply even if the reason for return is defective merchandize.
Payment Methods
Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express), Pay Pal, and Money Orders.
We do not accept personal checks, and company checks.
International Orders
We deliver to anywhere in the world that can be reached by
the United States Postal Service provides its service.
Purchase is responsible for any international tax and/or duties.
