exchange and return

Astoria is committed to customer satisfaction. However if you are dissatisfied with a purchase for any reason, you may contact us through our "Contact Us" page.

Indicate your reason(s) for exchange or return, the order number, and the style number of the item you wish to exchange or return. You must notify us of your intention to make an exchange/return no later than 3 business days after receiving the merchandise. This will apply even if the reason for return is defective merchandize.

Once we are notified of your intention to make an exchange/return, we will send you a Return or Exchange Authorization number (RAN) via email. Please write RAN on the outside of the box, otherwise our receiving department will not accept any returns or exchanges.

The merchandise must be post-marked and shipped to Astoria, Inc. along with the RAN information, within 7 days of receipt. The cost of shipping the merchandize back to us is at the customer's expense.

The merchandise must be in its original condition, along with ALL its original tags and labels INTACT, for the return or exchange to be approved. If there are ANY missing tags or signs of wear, the return will be denied and the merchandise will be sent back to the customer.

For ALL returns and exchanges, a restocking fee of 20% of the merchandise cost will apply, except in the following cases ONLY:

- If the item did not fit, and you wish to exchange for the same style number in a different size ONLY.
- If the item you received was different from the one you ordered in any way or form.


For ALL exchanges on DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL orders including size-only exchanges, the customer will be responsible for ALL shipping charges, including the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
