- Is my information secured?- Yes, your information is secured. Please refer to our Security and Privacy Policy pages for more information.
- How do I find out if a dress is in stock?- If you wish to find out if a particular dress is in stock before you order it, please Contact Us. Indicate the style number, color and size that you are interested in. We will reply to your email by the following business day to let you know the availability.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?- Once your order has been received, we will confirm product availability. Your order will be filled in no longer than 3 business days. US orders will arrive at your door in 1 week.
However, if you need your order sooner than this, please let us know by using the comment box provided for you at the time of your order, and we will contact you by phone shortly with different options for rushed delivery. Please make sure that we have a phone number where we can reach you easily. A confirmation email including UPS tracking number and scheduled delivery date will be sent to your email address upon shipment of your order.
- Do you have express shipping?- If you need to receive your order before the specified time in our Shipping page, you may choose a rushed delivery service, such as UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.
If you are placing a phone order, simply tell our Customer Support representative that you need a rushed delivery. If your are placing an order online, please let us know that you need a rushed delivery by using the Comments box provided for you a the time of your order, and a Customer Support representative will contact you by phone shortly with different options and rates for rushed delivery. Please make sure that we have a telephone number where we can reach you easily.

Do you ship internationally?- Yes, we ship all our international orders by USPS Global Express Mail, unless this service is not available in your area, or another service is requested by you.

- How long will it take for my order to arrive if I live outside of the US? -USPS Global Express Mail guarantees delivery in 3-5 days. If USPS Global Express Mail Service is not available for delivery in your area, we will contact you by e-mail to inform you about the type of shipping service that will be used, as well as the estimated time of delivery.
- What if the dress I ordered is out of stock? - If your dress of choice is out of stock at the time of your order, we will contact you immediately to give you the option of making changes to your order or to simply cancel it.
If you decide to cancel your order, your credit card payment will be voided, and there will not be any charges made to your account.
- Can I return something after I buy it from your website? -We are committed to customer satisfaction. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request an item exchange or return. For a full explanation of our Exchange & Return policy, please refer to our Exchange & Return page.
- After a return, when will my credit card be credited?- Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your returned package to reach us and be examined. As soon as we have received and inspected your returned item, we will contact by phone to verify your credit card information in order to issue a refund. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your account has been credited.
- Do you have any stores where I can try on a dress?- In order to provide customers the lowest price possible, we do not sell our products at any retail stores. Our website is the only store we have.
- Can I receive a printed catalog in the mail? - We do not carry a paper catalog. You can find our entire collection of Evening, Prom, Cocktail, Quincea¸«Šera, Bridesmaid and other Special Occasion dresses at the lowest price in our Online Catalog at www.dress-queen.com.
- Do I have to pay a sales tax? -You only have to pay sales tax if you are a resident of California. We are required by law to collect all applicable sales tax in the state of California only.
- Where are you located? -Our offices and warehouse are located in the heart of the Fashion District in Downtown Los Angeles, California. Therefore we have first-hand access to the newest styles constantly appearing in the market.
- I placed an order and have not yet received any confirmation e-mail. Why? -Certain email providers automatically block emails from unrecognized addresses, or send them to the Spam folder. Please check your e-mail account settings to make sure that e-mails from info@dress-queen.com are not being blocked or sent to Spam.
- How can I find out what a dress looks like in a color that is not shown on the website? -We are in the process of making improvements to our website in order to show pictures of every color available for each style. But in the meantime, if you are interested in seeing a particular dress in a color that is not shown on our website, please contact us. Indicate the style number and color you wish to see, and we will do our best to find an image of that color and send it to you by email.
