In order to keep our prices low for our customers, we may not carry a full inventory of all colors and sizes. We will contact our manufacturer after your order is placed.

100% Price Protection Policy
If you find the same item for a lower price on another web site or in a retail store, we will refund 100% of the difference between the lower price and our price.
In order to receive a refund, the following conditions must apply:
- The lower-priced item must be currently available in the same style, color, size and quantity as at Dress-Queen.com.
- The lower price cannot be part of an auction or paid membership club.
- If the lower price was found at a store, it must be a legitimate store located in the United States.
- The lower price cannot be a sale price.
- Taxes and shipping charges will be considered when calculating the price difference.

1. Send e-mail info@dress-queen.com to let us know that you found the same item for a lower price on a different web site or retail store.
Please be prepared to provide the following information:
- Your Name
- Your Order Number
- If you found the lower price on a web site, the URL of such web site.
- If you found the lower price at a retail store, the store¡Çs name, address and phone number, as well as the date when it was found.
2. After we verify the information, you will receive a refund equal to 100% of the difference between the lower price and our price. (For instance, if you found an item for $90 and you spent $100 for the same item through our web site, we will refund $10 difference).
